travel turkey kusadasi around the city 2013

Our visit to Kusadasi in 2013 was aboard an eastern Mediterranean Princess Cruise in the month of August.
The differences to the city, even since our 1984 visit, were dramatic.
The streets we saw were all paved and neat and society looked more prosperous and organized.
The city had a dramatic new "modern" face that could probably rival any other similar sized city in that part of the world.
The hillsides and the coast north of town are covered with newer homes and several large projects were under construction.
Just outside the bustling city, there is a huge amusement park and other large developments.
One of our guides pointed out a modern highrise apartment structure where she lived.
